Not only is October 1st the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but it was also the day I received my COVID19 booster! This is a friendly reminder that regardless of receiving the vaccine, please do NOT delay getting your mammogram or if you are feeling a symptom, regardless of gender, make sure you get properly evaluated.
Measures are in place at breast centers across the country to ensure your experience is a safe one, and we are equipped to encounter findings on your imaging if attributed to the vaccine.
We are READY for you! Make sure you’re up-to-date on your mammogram as well as listening to your body!
